Hello highlites. Spent the day with hubby today and I kept it pretty simple in my DIY jeans and exposed-shoulder top.
For months I have been wanting to try the patches on denim. I finally took the time out to try it by using iron-on patches I purchased at my local fabric store.
I had been seeing the flower power look on jeans in all the clothing stores. These jeans give me a throwback feeling and it was such an easy and quick project. I hope to find time to do another pair.
I remember the days when iron-on patches were used to repair jeans that had been torn and ribbed at the knee from playing rough outside. But now you can actually purchase jeans in the store with patches already on them. And they look way more stylish than the patch at the knee to cover-up and to make a pair jeans last longer.
Very excited to do more than jeans. I see a denim jacket with patches in my future. Thanks so much guys for stopping by and have a good day.
